Clue 17 is Majestic Splendor!

  Woohoo! We are at Clue #17!  And it is a fantastic block! This is Majestic Splendor.  We have two techniques that we are taking up a notch.   Before we talk fabric, remember  this is the last weekend to sign up and get a 25 % discount for the next Mystery, Holiday Retreat!   Sweet #16!  Clue #16 is Spectacular Glimmer, just a fantastic block of Popped Corner Beams and Popped Shaded 4 Patches, creating this fabulous design. 

Mystery Flower is Clue #15!

Check out this Mystery Flower Block for Clue #15!  I really love this block.  When I designed it, I was looking for two things; (1) A Block that would balance on another block in the quilt, (2) A Block that would showcase several of the larger scale beautiful fabrics, in both of the line, I'm working with, and I think this it the perfect block to achieve both of those things!  Mystery Flower - Paisley Rose and Bermuda Batik Mystery Flower will introduce two new techniques to the series, the Sliver and the Shaded-Nine Patch.    Both of these are available as technique sheets, I have a limited number available in my Shop . For fabric selection, you need 6 fabrics, but they can focus on 3-4 colors.  Pay attention to value, and really look to feature some of your beautiful fabrics.  In the Shaded-Nine patch, I would consider using more of a tone-on-tone in the patches.  We will be making the Corner Beam for Unit A, which you have mastered at this point, so easy peasey.  Next, we take o
