You are at Group #10 and for Block #22 you will make 3 more Build Me Up Buttercup blocks, Group #10 and 2 more Billboard Blocks!

Just a quick review this week.

Fabric Selection  - Remnants from #7 - Some of you may need to go into your remnant bag for one of your MD strips, for me, it was the 2 1/4" for the Diamond.  I had almost a full strip in there. 

Be sure to label your units and cut them properly

Build Me Up Buttercup comes together easily

Groups 10A and 10B - Be sure to put #9, Brown Eye Girl, in the correct direction, she has a top and bottom

Tada! I just love these!

That is it for this week, I'm off to Las Vegas for a week to teach at Stitchin Heaven's Land Ahoy!  First flight since Covid.    I will keep you posted on my progress on Social Media.

Double the fun with Diamond Delight A and B! Clue #3 has us using (4) of the Holiday Diamond #1 and #2 from Clue #2.  Plus, we are going to use the same fabric that we used in from Clue #1, with one addition.  We are going to select another dark fabric, to create the new to the series technique, Square-in-Square.  Holiday Blossom Clue #2 is the Diamond Rects!  We are making (8) Holiday Diamond Rect #1 and (8) Holiday Diamond Rect #2!  If you need more information or to join the Mystery go to:  michellereneehiatt.teachable.com/p/holiday-blossom-medallion-mystery-series Fabric Selection - For this week's Clue we are looking for fabric that has a similar background coloring as your Background.  Ideally, it is multi-colored print represents all the colors in your quilt.  The Diamond Rects technique can be a little tricky, but I have some great tips on this week's online Class.  I look forward to seeing your blocks in our online Facebook Mystery Group.  Regards, Michelle

Jersey Girl loves Bon Jovi!

 Clue #15 is the Bon Jovi Star! In 2018, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted Bon Jovi.  Their introduction stated, “Over 120 million albums sold.  More than 2,600 concerts around the world.  They've seen well over a million faces- and yes, rocked them all.  Bon Jovi redefined the rock anthem by dominating arenas and captivating audiences with hooks that continue to define the decade.”   Bon Jovi, an American rock band formed in 1983 in Sayreville, New Jersey is led by lead singer Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist and co-songwriter Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, guitarist Phil X, and bassist Hugh McDonald.  Original bassist Alec John Such quit the band in 1994, and Richie Sambora left in 2013.
